Crash!

So apparently....when your body does not get the amount of sleep it craves and needs, it's last plan of action is to shutdown and crash. On Wednesday afternoon I was reading for one of my classes, an article online, on my bed.....the next thing I know I wake up. Looking at the clock I realize I only drifted off for 10 minutes. I felt oddly sluggish, and I had to use the restroom really bad. I then realized getting up that my computer was on the ground and my bed looked like a mess. Not to mention that my body ached and my mouth was tight and dry. I checked my phone and clock and realized that maybe that 13 minute nap was me just sleeping HARD. I called a friend for a ride to Journalism class at 4....
I woke up 2 days later.....It wasn't Wednesday....and it was not a 13 minute nap.
So folks....when you don't sleep....your body will sleep for you.
